Best known flower in the New Zealand bush, with a profusion of starry, delightfully fragrant white flowers in early Spring followed by fluffy silvery seed heads in Autumn. A beautiful climber and easy to grow. The Sacred Flower - in Maori folk lore, it was regarded as one of the first born children of the two stars, Rehua and Puanga, its first blossoms indicating the coming of Spring. Perennial. 5-6 metres high and 2-3 metres across. Packet contains approx. 10 seeds.
