Ordering

The shopping cart attached to the From NZ website provides a streamlined and effective way of completing your purchases. Simply click on the Buy Now button as you decide to purchase an item and when you are ready click Proceed To Checkout.   From here you can either log in to your existing account, create an account or register as a guest for a one-off transaction. Please ensure you review your order at this stage to ensure you have selected the correct options such as colour or size. Click on "Shopping Cart" to view the items in the cart and if necessary select "Edit Options" to alter options where required. You can also delete items from the Shopping Cart or continue shopping for more items.

 If you would like us to include a gift message or to gift wrap your item please request this in the Customer Notes box at checkout. We will happily gift wrap for you (except where the item is sent direct from the artist).

Pricing
All items are initially shown in New Zealand dollars. You can select the currency converter by clicking on the flag at the top of the screen to provide you with an estimate of the cost in your own currency. Please note that payments can only be processed in NZD and will be converted to your local currency at a rate set by your credit card company.

Payment Options

Payments are processed in real time by Direct Payment Solutions, New Zealand’s largest and most reliable online payment provider. If you prefer, you can use PayPal, another safe and trusted option used worldwide. Please note that our trading name that will appear on your bank statement is Mutual Pacific Products Limited.  We accept bank transfers worldwide and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex) and JCB. We also accept payments via bank transfer, please email [email protected] for more information on this option or if you have any queries regarding payment options. 

Cheques drawn on a New Zealand bank are to be made payable to Mutual Pacific Products Limited. 
You will be issued with an emailed receipt of your payment to us once your order is confirmed.

Security
Shopping at FromNZ is secure.
When you make an online purchase with FromNZ your personal information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol technology. This provides a high level of encryption that protects your information for transmission over the internet. We do not share your personal information with any third party.  Payment services are provided by Direct Payment Solutions and credit card details are not stored in our system.

Shipping

• We aim to ship most purchases within 10 days following the receipt of payment, unless stock items are low and the manufacturer has to make the item up specifically (this will apply to some sheepskin items and the larger possum items).
• For orders shipped outside of New Zealand we will send your order by Air Mail (allow approximately one week for delivery). You may also use the Customer Notes box at the checkout to request international courier shipping (this will incur an additional cost). 
• Unless couriered all our purchases are posted using New Zealand Post, the largest and most reputable postal carrier in New Zealand. Air-mail to USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe, the UK and Asia usually takes between 4 and 10 business days.
• When you purchase a product from us, you obtain free insurance. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or is lost, simply let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or provide a refund - the choice is yours.
• For orders shipped within New Zealand we use a tracked courier service with Courier Post.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary and are dependant on the destination and the weight of the item. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
If there is a variation in the shipping charge, we will email you and let you know the difference. This may occur when the item purchased is a large size or where multiple purchases have been made the calculation may not always be accurate. It this is the case, we will email you with the correct charge

Taxes and Duties
The recipient of the item is responsible for any levies, taxes or customs fees charged by customs in the receiving country. These charges (if any) are separate from any FromNZ charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. Please check with the local post office for more information.

Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate at the time (currently 15%), is applied to all orders shipped to a New Zealand destination.
 

Quality
All our products are new, unless the product description states otherwise. We aim to provide you with exceptional quality products however should an item not reach you in perfect condition or is faulty we will happily exchange it or make a refund to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns
Should you receive an item in a faulty or damaged condition, and you wish to return the item, then the following conditions apply.

1. The return must be communicated to FromNZ within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Email details of your claim to [email protected]
2. The items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them
3. Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
4. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made by credit card, then the same credit card will be credited).
5. Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning the goods.
6. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measurements and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. The inclusion of any products on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time.

It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. All videocassettes, DVDs, CDs and similar products sold are for private, home use and may not be duplicated. Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason, and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold FromNZ liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination.
